1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to love every purchase from our brand. If you are not completely satisfied with your belt, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are only available for products that meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Product Condition

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging with all tags attached

• With at least 90% of the product intact
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

Be sure to include your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will guide you on how to send the product back.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Limitations and Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Products that are used, damaged, or altered

• Refund requests after the 7-day period

• Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
