1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not pleased with a product, you may request a refund.
2. Refund Period
Our refund policy extends for a generous 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, products must be unused and in original condition, with at least 90% of the product intact.
3. Warranty Exchange
We offer a 6-month warranty on all belts. If there is any manufacturing defect, we will provide an exchange for the same product. To claim the warranty, the warranty card must be presented. Claims without a warranty card cannot be processed.
4. Covered Defects
The warranty covers:
• Broken buckles
• Defective leather or material
• Stitching issues
5. Processing Time
All refund or warranty exchange requests are processed promptly, typically within 3–5 working days.
6. Shipping Charges
• Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, in which case we cover all related charges.
7. Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations
• Lost or stolen products
• Claims without a warranty card
